According to the article, a man in a wheelchair climbed up a skyscraper with only his upper body. His name is Lai Chi-wai and he is a former rock climber who was paralyzed by a car accident 10 years ago. Before then he was a famous rock climber in Asia. Although he had been injured and he could not move his lower body to climb up he did not give up the climbing. His next work to live was climbing up skyscrapers and succeeded it.

According to the article, Lai Chi-wai, a former renowned rock climber in Asia, overcame physical limitations after a car accident left him paralyzed ten years ago. Despite losing mobility in his lower body, he defied the odds by ascending a skyscraper using only his upper body.

I felt I was very weak compared to him. When I got my sound problem in my right ear I was too afraid that I could not keep my work and life as normal. Even though I had my left ear that can make my life as if other people do, All I felt was discouragement. I could not accept the disease. Compared to myself Lai Chi-wai is trying to find a way to solve the problem, to make life meaningful. What he did was look at the left body, not the ruined part of his body.

His remarkable feat made me realize my own weaknesses. When I encountered a hearing problem in my right ear, I feared that it would disrupt my daily life and work routine. Despite having a functional left ear, all I experienced was a sense of discouragement. I struggled to accept my condition. In contrast, Lai Chi-wai's relentless pursuit of a meaningful life in the face of adversity inspired me. Instead of focusing on his disabilities, he leveraged his remaining physical strength.

Luckily my right ear became better and better. I do not feel too much discomfort in normal life. However, a similar situation can come to me at any time during my life. Be positive and look at the positive part of the situation.

Fortunately, my hearing gradually improved, allowing me to resume my regular activities with minimal discomfort. However, I am aware that similar challenges may arise unexpectedly. I have learned the importance of maintaining a positive outlook and focusing on the brighter aspects of any situation.
