Process를 'What'으로 모사하고 Procedure를 'How'로 모사한다. 예를 들어, 햄버거 가게에서 햄버거 '주문'을 받는 Process를 수행할 때, 점원은 '웃으면서', '메뉴판을 제공'하는 Procedure를 수행한다.
